Leads that are generated via our customized chatbot will always appear on your Facebook Business Page and in the Page Manager app.
If you are having trouble viewing your leads, we recommend that you send the url of the business page you are accessing. We'll confirm it's the one that you supplied when we originally configured the bot. It's possible that you have multiple pages and the chatbot is connected to an alternate page.
